The site also allows you to conveniently manage your LabScape service agreements, where you can review your coverage, and stay up to date on the support available for your instruments.
MyBruker ID is your single sign-on account that allows you to use one set of login credentials for bruker.com, brukersupport.com & store.bruker.com.
If you do not have a MyBruker ID
To gain access, you will need to register for a MyBruker ID:
- Click the “Register” button on the brukersupport.com homepage.
- Register using your organizational email address.
- You will receive an email prompting you to verify your address.
- After verification, log in to brukersupport.com and complete the “Update Account Information” popup.
- Be sure to add your Bruker instrument and serial number.
- Once submitted, your account will be reviewed for approval. Approval is typically granted within 48 hours.
