Bruker Fluorescence Microscopy Solutions for Zebrafish Imaging

September 16-18, 2026, Heidelberg, Germany

Join us September 16-18, 9AM-11AM (subject to change)

Bruker warmly invites you to attend our free workshop on Fluorescence Microscopy Solutions for Zebrafish Imaging, which will take place as part of the 1st German Fish Model Research Meeting on September 16-18 in Heidelberg.

In this workshop, we will explore high-content screening and light-sheet microscopy for fish model systems such as zebrafish and medaka. Participants will be introduced to the technology, optomechanical design, and imaging applications of the Acquifer IM automated microscopy platform and the Luxendo Papilio5D light-sheet microscope.

The workshop will be divided into two sessions:

  • In the first part, we will showcase the Acquifer IM for automated imaging and analysis of large numbers of live zebrafish, enabling efficient phenotypic screening and target identification, for example in drug discovery workflows.
  • In the second part, participants will learn about and use the Papilio5D light-sheet microscope to image live zebrafish embryos in three dimensions with high resolution while minimizing phototoxicity and sample damage.

By combining automated high-content screening with advanced volumetric imaging, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and limitations of each approach and will be equipped with a powerful toolkit for investigating complex biological processes in vivo.

We hope to see you at the event!
