LiquidArray® - next generation multiplexing for routine clinical microbiology

Abstract

LiquidArray® is a pioneering technology that brings next generation multiplexing to the routine clinical microbiology laboratory. In this webinar, Dr Jennifer Dougan will introduce the technology, the laboratory workflow and clinical applications of LiquidArray. LiquidArray assays combine ‘linear after exponential PCR’ and ‘Lights ON/Lights OFF’ probes with the unique features and integrated software of Bruker’s high-performance thermocycler – the FluoroCycler® XT – to provide next generation multiplexing results at a glance. The power of LiquidArray will be highlighted by looking at its clinical applications in the areas of mycobacteria diagnostics and the expansion to syndromic panels for sexually transmitted infections, and gastrointestinal infections for the routine clinical microbiology laboratory.
