Overview

SpaceM is proud to introduce two pioneering methods built on Bruker mass spectrometry technology, HT SpaceM and 13C-SpaceM, that are set to transform drug discovery and precision medicine.

  • HT SpaceM: A high-throughput method for single-cell metabolomics, offering improved cell preparation, advanced MALDI Imaging, and custom multi-well slides. Detect diverse small molecules with high reproducibility and gain deeper insights into cellular metabolism.
  • 13C-SpaceM: Study metabolic activity in single cells and tissues through spatial and isotope tracing of glucose-dependent de novo lipogenesis. Uncover single-cell differences and metabolic reprogramming in cancer cells, providing valuable insights into fatty acid dynamics.

These approaches provide deeper insights into cellular functions, metabolic pathways, and drug toxicity, addressing challenges that bulk methods miss. Join us in pushing the boundaries of single-cell analysis and exploring how these innovations can enhance your research and development efforts.
