Researchers ultimately judge an imaging system not by specifications alone, but by its ability to answer biological questions under real experimental conditions. In this application note, we evaluate the next-generation γ-CUBE through four representative in vivo imaging workflows designed to reflect challenges commonly encountered in modern molecular imaging research.
The study demonstrates quantitative imaging of established and emerging theranostic radionuclides, including 131I and 225Ac, simultaneous imaging of multiple radionuclides within a single acquisition, dynamic imaging for tracer kinetic analysis, and high-throughput multi-animal workflows. Together, these validation studies show how the technical innovations of the next-generation γ-CUBE translate into practical capabilities that support radiotheranostics, drug development, translational research, and longitudinal imaging studies.
