The 2025 Bruker Biosensors User Meeting from 17-19 September in Bremen brought together leading scientists and speakers from around the world. For the first time, we brought together a comprehensive spectrum of biophysical technologies from SPR to switchSENSE to scIC. We covered not only the entire range of targets from small molecules to cells, but also an extensive array of research needs from high-throughput screenings to in-depth characterizations.

Discover Bremen – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Northern Germany
This vibrant Hanseatic city, nestled along the banks of the Weser River, offers the perfect blend of historic charm, modern innovation, and Northern German hospitality—making it an unforgettable setting for our upcoming User Meeting.
The heart of Bremen is steeped in history. The magnificent Town Hall, built in the Weser Renaissance style, and the imposing statue of Roland have stood proudly on the market square since 1404. Together, they symbolize the city's long-standing spirit of independence and are protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A short walk away, you’ll find the Schnoor, Bremen’s oldest neighborhood—a maze of narrow alleys and centuries-old houses—as well as the striking architecture of Böttcherstraße and the majestic St. Peter’s Cathedral.
Exploring Bremen is easy and inspiring. You won’t even need a map—just follow the 2,000 brass and steel nails embedded in the pavement, leading you on a self-guided tour from the Church of Our Lady, across the bustling market square, through the Schnoor quarter and onto Böttcherstraße. And of course, don’t forget to visit the famous Town Musicians of Bremen—a beloved fairy tale come to life and, according to local legend, a source of good luck.
Beyond its storybook charm, Bremen is also a city of science, innovation, and culture. It’s a hub for aerospace, maritime technologies, and life sciences, making it a fitting home for bold ideas and meaningful exchange.
Join us in Bremen—a place that surprises, inspires, and warmly welcomes. We can’t wait to share this hidden gem with you.
