Goniometer Heads

Engineered for Precise Crystal Centering: From Manual to Automated Goniometers

Bruker’s range of goniometer heads supports accurate and flexible sample positioning for single-crystal X-ray diffraction -from manual alignment goniometers to fully automated solutions for even the most challenging applications.

XYZ Goniometer Head

The XYZ goniometer head is the standard option for Bruker's single-crystal X-ray diffractometers. 

An adjustment pin allows changing the standard height from 49 mm to 64 mm. The weight of the XYZ goniometer head is 120 g.

Sample mounting pins, goniometer head key, and a storage box are included as components.

Automated Goniometer Head

The Automated Goniometer Head (AGH) applies AI-supported X-ray alignment to position crystals automatically for analysis. Centering is performed in software with a single command or within fully automated measurement routines.

The AGH minimizes user influence - enhancing consistency, reducing manual effort, and increasing throughput.
