Obtain and Analyze High-Quality Miniscope Recordings

During this webinar, Dr. Andreas Klaus discusses several methods, including one-photon imaging with miniscopes, for creating insights into neuronal activity. Hear real-life applications from his work collecting and analyzing corticostriatal circuit data during free behavior.

Presenter’s Abstract

During this webinar, I review several methods by which one can infer neuronal activities from one-photon imaging data. I use examples from my own corticostriatal circuit data during natural and learned actions, and show how these relate to population dynamics, using decoders in the cortex and striatum. I also provide examples of how to examine calcium dynamics at the level of single neurons.
