Quantitative NMR (qNMR) Workflow Automation with ACP 2.0 – Practical Session 2

Webinar Overview

Quantitative NMR (qNMR) workflow automation with ACP 2.0 – Practical Sessions | Bruker

Session 2 – Advanced is part of 2-part webinar series is designed to provide hands-on guidance on how to set up quantitative NMR (qNMR) workflows with Advanced Chemical Profiling 2.0 (ACP 2.0).

Builds on the first practical session and demonstrates how to handle similar analytical questions but with more complex datasets necessitating advanced fitting strategies including simultaneous fitting of overlapping signals and baseline handling, as well as customized calculations to process and express results. Additionally, the setup of external calibrations will be explained.

What to Expect from this Practical Session

In these hands-on sessions, you will learn…

  • … how to create (automated) analysis methods for the most common qNMR workflows including but not limited to
    • Purity assay analysis
    • Concentration analysis
    • Relative quantification
  • … how to analyze hundreds of datasets in one go
  • … how to have your data analyzed on-the-fly (from sample to report)

By the end of this series, you will be able to apply the steps demonstrated and analyze your own datasets – whether simple or complex – quantitatively with ACP 2.0.

Learning by Doing

You will be provided with the spectra used as part of the practical session allowing you to click-along and create the shown methods yourself!

About Advanced Chemical Profiling 2.0

ACP 2.0 software empowers laboratories to implement push‑button, end‑to‑end automated NMR workflows across the entire product lifecycle, from early research through development and manufacturing. It redefines how analytical and testing facilities can leverage NMR technology by enabling harmonized workflows, significantly improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs through standardized, GMP‑ready, operator‑independent analysis, seamlessly connecting sample to final reporting.

Speakers
