13C-detected Solid State NMR on protein samples NMR Course

Solid State NMR for Biological Systems

Overview

Topics:

  • General resonance assignment strategy (theoretical)
  • Rotor filling (theoretical & partly practical)
  • General setup of experiments for protein backbone assignment (practical)
  • Introduction to pulse sequences revealing distance information  (theoretical & practical)
