Our Sustainable Business Practices

Corporate Social Responsibility

When Bruker was looking to upgrade two of its expanding BioSpin sites in Rheinstetten and Ettlingen, Germany, the company took the opportunity to increase its sustainability profile from the outset.

Our Bruker Switzerland AG campus in Fällanden has undergone significant renovation to improve its energy efficiency. We are proud to be the first company in the city to join the new ARA Fällanden heating network.

According to Carbon Majors Database, just 100 companies are responsible for 71% of global greenhouse gas emissions. The onus is firmly on large companies to lead the way in tackling climate change.

Electronic devices are a staple of modern life. Technology like laptops, smartphones, printers, and notebooks dominate workplaces and our homes. But what becomes of them once they're broken or deemed 'out of date'?

For Bruker BioSpin, a well-timed opportunity will result in a new and sustainable Center of Excellence in Switzerland with the infrastructure to significantly improve nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) probe production and repair.

As a leading global manufacturer of analytical instrumentation with highest quality and ethical standards, we understand the value of collaboration. Everyone throughout our supply chain adds value to our company and plays an integral part

The power of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, a technique favoured by scientists across the world to determine the molecular structure of liquid, solid and semi-solid samples, is firmly established.
