Fluorescence Microscopy Webinars

Effective Processing of Light-Sheet Microscopy Images with the Luxendo Image Processor

Discover the Luxendo Image Processor’s high-throughput, post-processing capabilities

Powerful post-processing of light-sheet images with the Luxendo Image Processor

During this webinar, Dr. Jan Roden discusses Bruker’s Luxendo Image Processor and Luxbundle software for impressive image analysis. Topics discussed include:

  • Overview of the key features of the Luxendo Image Processor;
  • Step-by-step explanation of the workflow, e.g., performing multiple processing tasks, stitching of arrays of 3D tiles, and multi-view, multi-camera registration and fusion; and
  • Practical examples, tips & tricks, and advanced applications.

Highly efficient data processing for advanced light-sheet microscopy techniques

This on-demand webinar discusses the effective processing of large light-sheet image data with the Luxendo Image Processor. Light-sheet Fluorescence Microscopy (LSM) is an advanced imaging technique that can generate 3D images of live or cleared biological specimens. It provides high-speed, high-resolution imaging capabilities and is ideal for the visualization of dynamic biological processes. Selective-Plane Illumination Microscopes (SPIM) minimize sample phototoxicity, allowing scientists to observe living organisms over extended periods.

LSFM and SPIM often generate very large quantities of image data that require highly efficient data processing capabilities. Bruker’s Luxendo Image Processor and LuxBundle software are powerful, user-friendly tools that combine flexible control of the microscope and image viewer with high-throughput, high-quality post-processing capabilities.
