Same quality, same products, same team – just a smoother, more unified experience.

Expand your toolbox for neuroscience research

During this webinar, Dr. Jinxia Wan discusses how her team developed genetically encoded GPCR-activation-based (GRAB) neurotransmitter sensors for researching serotonin receptors. Learn how GRAB sensors can be used with Inscopix miniscopes to expand imaging capabilities.

Presenter’s Abstract

During this webinar I review the latest development and strategies of genetically encoded GPCR-Activation-Based (GRAB) neurotransmitter sensors. Using the GRAB5-HT sensor as an example, I cover the development, characterization, and application of multiple serotonin sensors, as well as the latest suite of new GRAB sensors, including monoamines, neurolipids, purines, and neuropeptides, developed by the Yulong Li lab. In addition, you will see the latest application of dual dynamic imaging with the dopamine GRAB sensor from the Li lab using Inscopix miniscopes.
