Bruker's systems power electron microscopes with the ability to carry out elemental and structural mapping, delivering more data from samples, helping researchers see their samples differently and to find new conclusions. The Bruker portfolio for electron microscopes includes systems for EDS, EBSD, WDS and micro-XRF on SEM.
