The D8 QUEST is a modular and compact single-wavelength diffractometer designed for use in any lab performing routine and standard crystallography. 

 D8 QUEST platform crystallographers can create a diffractometer that matches their research goals and available budget. The units modular design means future capability and performance upgrades can be easily made should your experimental requirements change. 

The D8 QUEST uses best-in-class components and is available with air cooling to ensure the collection of the high-quality diffraction data for accurate structure determination. 

  • Detector: PHOTON IV  with higher quantum efficiency than silicon-based detectors. 
  • X-ray sources: 

                -  Sealed-tube water-cooled X-ray sources for the Economy Class.
