FT-NIR Quality Control of Meat and Meat Products

Learn more about  meat analysis with MPA II and TANGO, Brukers easy to use FT-NIR spectrometers, which help you analyze the composition of your sample with little to no sample preparation. The minced meat or meat product is filled in Petri dishes and placed on the integrating sphere for measurement in reflection mode.

At the push of a button, the analyzer evaluates your sample and displays results for protein, fat, moisture, salt content and other parameters simultaneously.
