Bruker’s innovative PeakForce Tapping technology represents a new core imaging paradigm that has been incorporated into several modes, providing topographic, electrical, and mechanical properties data in parallel.

 

Taking the image information content a step further, the new DataCube Modes provide hyperspectral “big data” with electrical ramps and force distance curves at every pixel, and AFM-nDMA captures viscoelastic properties and their frequency dependence.
