Bruker OmniScape™ brings ease of use to top-down sequencing with a suite of tools designed for proteoform verification and identification. The OmniWave™ algorithm revolutionizes the analysis of congested MSⁿ spectra and allows for accurate and comprehensive annotation of fragments. With de novo sequence tag generation, OmniScape™ offers the capability to identify unknown proteins via homology searches. The localization of modifications on proteoforms can be carried out with the verification workflow that offers powerful tools to validate identified fragments. Finally, OmniScape™ can analyze and combine data from multiple instrument types (e.g. MALDI and ESI) as well as fragmentation modes.
