Symposium: Combining the cellenONE and timsTOF SCP for routine high-performance single cell proteomics

Implementing a single cell proteomics analysis capability in a lab requires addressing a number of challenges. These include an efficient sample preparation pipeline for single cells, combined with the highest sensitivity, high-throughput, and high robustness LC-MS, and finally an efficient data processing pipeline. Our in-house scientists, our Cellenion collaboration partners, and one of our most well-known users, Dr. Jenny van Eyk (Director, Precision Biomarker Laboratories, Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, Los Angeles, USA) will illustrate how those challenges can be addressed with the combined Single Cell proteomics solution provided by Bruker and Cellenion.
