The TANGO II Reflection dedicated for solid and semi-solid samples is equipped with a gold-coated integrating sphere for diffuse reflection measurements. This setup delivers highly reproducible results, even for inhomogeneous samples. The measurement spot is approximately 10 mm in diameter and using sample rotators, the measured area is enlarged, allowing for a more representative analysis of heterogeneous samples.
The TANGO II Transmission for liquid analysis features a built-in active sample heater/cooler as standard. Sample temperatures can be precisely set between +20 °C and +80 °C. A dedicated sensor continuously monitors the vial temperature, enabling a precise control and ensuring quick, reliable results.
For markets with standardized products TANGO II offers complete solutions with pre-calibrated systems. For the food and feed industry, ready-to-use application packages are available. Please contact our NIR experts for further information.
Most spectroscopic techniques are fast and accurate compared to wet chemistry, but FT-NIR spectroscopy has some other advantages which makes is very useful for routine analysis in QC labs and in process control. FT-NIR can help you to streamline the analysis routines in the lab and online. It is often able to analyze many different parameters with just one measurement and without any sample preparation saving labour and money.
