原子力显微镜分辨率的定量热分析

差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热力学分析(TMA)和动态力学分析(DMA)等常规热分析法,是用于表征材料转变温度的可靠技术。不过,常规热分析法存在严重的局限性,只能提供样品的平均响应,无法提供有关局部缺陷的信息,也无法提供厚度小于几微米的涂层/薄膜的热学性能。
