ONET 5 is a server-based software solution with a browser-accessible interface that enables centralized administration of spectrometer networks. It empowers labs and production sites to harmonize methods, ensure data integrity, and reduce operational complexity.
Control, calibrate, and monitor your FT-IR/FT-NIR instruments globally. Now with expanded device support and smarter connectivity:
Infrared spectroscopy is vital for quality control, but developing methods and managing many instruments can be demanding. Since expertise is not available at every location, central administration and maintenance are essential.
This centralized software tool for managing spectroscopy in quality‑driven environments ensures that methods stay consistent across sites, data integrity is maintained and operational work becomes less complex. All measurements are stored centrally while remaining available on each spectrometer, so routine analysis continues even if the network is offline.
Results follow the same setup and calibrations, and audit trails record all actions for full traceability. Calibration updates can reach the entire network or selected instruments, while local adjustments remain possible. Instrument performance can be checked remotely and system tests can be scheduled as needed.
Both ONET and OPUS users can be administrated in the ONET User Management page.
The data tab provides the user with trend charts and tables from the desired products.
All spectrometers inside the network and their current statuses are listed.
Reference values can be assigned and modified in the Data tab. Downloading spectra files is also possible from this table.
