Ultra High-resolution Imaging of Bacteriorhodopsin

An excellent demonstration of the Dimension FastScan's dynamic imaging capability at high resolution. In the first portion of the movie, the membrane’s patch dynamics are clearly observable before and after the addition of more protein. In the high resolution portion of the clip, ultra low amplitude PeakForce Tapping™ has been used to look at the molecular scale topographic and mechanical properties of the membrane.

High Speed Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM)

Witness the potential for higher productivity in defect review of magnetic films & hard disks in this magnetic force microscopy (MFM) video of media tape inspection.

Qualification of High-speed AFM

Watch a complilation video of Celgard™, tip-check, and calibration grating samples confirming the Dimension FastScan™ as a high-speed atomic force microscope.
