TopSpin® is Bruker's standard NMR software used in a wide range of workflows. Starting with the control of the spectrometer up to the processing and analysis of multidimensional NMR spectra. The acquisition interface provides easy access to vast NMR experiment libraries including standard Bruker pulse sequences and user generated experiment libraries, for both routine and advanced NMR users. TopSpin provides numerous options for setting up and optimizing NMR experiments, making the setup of sophisticated experiments simple and efficient. For users who must be compliant with the GxP regulations, the software supports the various principles of data integrity.

TopSpin® offers a fully workflow-oriented user interface and leverages the latest 64-bit features of modern Windows / AlmaLinux / macOS operating systems for optimal performance. The software is designed to accelerate the operation and throughput of sample analysis for increased cost efficiency.

Applications

Experiment Selector - Intuitive acquisition setup: The parameter available in TopSpin sets have been categorized and displayed as a tree. Only one mouse click is required to prepare an experiment based on the selected parameter set. The spectrometer user can create their own personal selector that matches their preferences.

Topspin includes rich set of tools supporting the setup and design of experiments using shaped pulses. The detailed behavior of such pulses can be visualized, for example, as magnetization motion or excitation profile.

TopSpin includes many advanced visualization features like common cursor correlating the signals in all spectra shown.

Topspin for processing is available for Windows, Linux and macOS. The user interface is highly customizable. You may add your own flow bars or toolbar buttons. The spectra display may be also adapted according to your preferences.

64-bit operating system required for TopSpin
Windows 10, 11 or Alma Linux 9.4 required for spectrometer control. CentOS 7 is also supported, however it reaches its end of live at June 30 2024.
Processing version of TopSpin are available for Windows 10, 11 and macOS
