DNA-PAINT is a localization-based super-resolution method offering molecular resolution (< 5 nm) combined with unlimited multiplexing capabilities. DNA-PAINT reagents from Massive Photonics are a perfect match for the Bruker Vutara VXL microscope. In combination with the Bruker fluidic system, automated, multiplexed cellular imaging in 3D is now accessible out of the box.

Watch the webinar for practical guidance for DNA-PAINT sample preparation, image acquisition, and data analysis, as well as an introduction to:

  • The Vutara VXL super-resolution microscope and integrated fluidics unit;
  • The theoretical background of DNA-PAINT; and
  • The products available from Massive Photonics for DNA-PAINT experiments.

Explore Key Applications of the Latest SPM Technology in Battery Research

Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) is one of the most widely used technologies for nanomaterials studies. It is well adapted for the characterization of battery systems that integrate materials with distinct mechanical properties from soft (polymer additives) and loose (conductive additives) to hard (Li metal oxide) and porous (separator) surfaces. These and other capabilities of Bruker's SPM technology—including simultaneous collection of mechanical and electrical property measurements, and characterization of electrochemical reactions at the nanometer scale—provide valuable insights in support of battery research and development.

In this webinar, we will discuss the major applications and latest developments of SPM technologies in lithium-ion battery research. For example, the presentation includes overview and case study examination of:

  • DatacubeTM - One of the new approaches to integrate existing high-performance electrical modes with the FFV technique. Combining morphology and nanomechanics with full electrical spectroscopy at every pixel, DatacubeTM can effectively produce an integrated 3D data set for anode/cathode characterization.
  • PeakForce SECM integrated with Glovebox, in-situ EC-AFM - A technique which provides another complete commercial solution to study the interfacial processes of solid electrolyte interphase film formation, degradation and lithiation/delithiation process with nanoscale lateral resolution.
