More Finding.
Less Searching.
OPUS A.I.D. is a patented multi-step artificial intelligence algorithm automatically evaluates IR and Raman sample spectra and delivers optimal results for pure substances as well as complex mixtures without requiring any input from the user. For the recommended and possible alternative results, a composite from the weighted component spectra and its difference to the sample spectrum is calculated. Works for all your samle identification needs - even in microscopy!
Highlights of OPUS A.I.D.
The OPUS/AID package extends the basic library search functions in OPUS by providing a comprehensive set of tools for creating, managing, and analyzing user spectral libraries. Users are guided through an intuitive setup process that allows unlimited creation and editing of libraries, with the additional option to import information tables directly from external programs via copy-paste.
To ensure quality and reliability, the package includes a library validation function, enabling users to evaluate the differentiation power of their spectral library. A library browser is also available, making it easy to view content, organize entries, and maintain multiple libraries.
Searching capabilities are significantly enhanced. The information search function allows powerful and intuitive queries across the complete information matrix of one or several spectral libraries. Advanced search options enable accurate discovery of specific terms or numerical data.
For more specialized needs, the package supports structure search, which identifies chemical structures stored in spectral libraries, and peak search, which uses user-defined peak tables. These peak tables can be created interactively by picking peaks on one or more reference spectra, making the process both precise and user-friendly.
