Dr. Thilo Hetzke

Applications Scientist at Bruker BioSpin

Dr. Thilo Hetzke received his M.Sc. degree in Chemistry in 2015 at the Goethe University Frankfurt. He then started his Ph.D. work in the group of Prof. Thomas Prisner at Frankfurt, which he completed in 2020. In his Ph.D. research, he mainly focused on applications of pulsed dipolar and hyperfine EPR techniques on RNA molecules and Mn2+ complexes. After a short post-doctoral stay in Frankfurt, Thilo joined Bruker in 2021 as an applications scientist in EPR.

Dr. Patrick Carl

Applications Scientist, Bruker BioSpin

Dr. Patrick Carl began his EPR career during Ph.D. research at the University of Iowa after obtaining a B.S. from Winona State University. After initial research with CW-EPR, he proceeded to explore the field of FT-EPR and High Field EPR at the Weizmann Institute of Science, as a post-doctoral researcher. At the end of his post-doctorate, Patrick joined Bruker in 2003 and began working as an applications scientist in EPR.
